Soft washing is an exterior cleaning method that combines low-pressure water with specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove algae, mold, mildew, moss, bacteria, and other organic growth. Unlike traditional pressure washing, soft washing relies primarily on the cleaning solution rather than high water pressure, making it ideal for surfaces that could be damaged by excessive pressure. The cleaning solutions are made up of three main ingredients:

• Sodium Hypochlorite: The primary agent for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.

• Surfactant: This goes in between surfaces to loosen up dirt, mold, and other substances

• Water: This is used to dilute the SH concentration

Active-duty and retired military members and first responders receive 10% off all services with proof of service. This discount may be combined with eligible seasonal or promotional discounts; however, the total combined discount cannot exceed 20%.

Church buildings and properties receive 20% off all services and are not eligible for additional discounts.
